Jeff Suling
Director of Music / Sanctuary Choir Director
Music and faith-filled, Jeff has been the choir director and organist of PUMC since 1979. Jeff grew up in Port Washington, NY, where his home church truly inspired him as a child with a tremendous music program.
Jeff has a Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Music Education and shared his passion teaching Choral Music at Fluvanna County High School for eleven years before moving to Charlottesville City Schools as their Fine Arts Coordinator. Jeff also spent a number of years as the choral director at Piedmont Virginia Community College.
In addition to music and gardening, Jeff is a talented architectural artist with many known drawings of homes, "historic buildings" and towns.
Jeff and Molly Suling are married and have one son, Ben, and a grandson, Corey.
